I have searched for many solutions on the internet, and it seems like that's not software problem, because it usually happens when I carry the laptop around, sometimes after a shutdown, a restart or even while I'm using the laptop, causing BSODs.īut the real problem I need helps about is the there are two typical "disappearing" cases of the E2400, one is the device is completely disappear, no hardware detected, only the installed driver hidden in Device Manager saying that the hardware is removed/disconnected, and the funny part is if I turn off the laptop, gently knock on top of the area where the LAN port is, then boot into Windows, there is 90% of the times it come back to life. I'm struggling with trying to get rid of problems with the GS63VR 6RF's Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet apdapter for months now, I sent it to warranty service several times, it always returned running fine for a few weeks or even a few days (But the uploading speed, it never reaches 1Mbps while other PCs make normal speed with the same cable, even the wifi (Intel one) is uploading with fine speed, on and other uploading websites) before it's broken again and again. Hi, I'm new to the forum and today I really need your help.
